You can book an appointment directly through the Kaviar Gauche website. Visit the “Book an Appointment” page, select the desired store, add contact information and dates. Our colleagues will get back to you for confirmation.

In the stores, you can order made to order dresses from the collection, design your dream dress with us or purchase ready-to-wear designs. Our consultants are excited to help you find your dream dress and the perfect styling with handpicked jewelry and accessoires.

We advise to bring shoes with the same hight of your wedding shoe. Please wear nude underwear, no spay tan, massage oil and minimal makeup. If you plan on wearing shape wear with your wedding dress, please wear it to every fitting as the undergarments change the fit of the final piece.
It is great if you have an idea how you like to feel and what you like to wear on other special occasions. You can always come with an open mind to be enchanted.

The duration of a fitting depends on individual needs. Your first appointment will be around 1,5h so we can try on your favourites and make the perfect decision. The next date after your order, your first fitting will be around 1h with one dress. If there are more pieces please allow for a longer fitting. When you pick everything up, the appointment will take around 30 min.

Appointments during the week are free of charge. For Saturday appointments, a consultation fee of €40 is charged. This fee must be paid in advance and will be credited toward the purchase.

To ensure a personalized consultation, it is recommended to bring only a small group of people. We recommend 1-2 people who you trust to support your vision. Unfortunately we have to discourage you to bring any pets.

No, we do not offer alterations of your garments.

The production time for custom-made dresses can vary depending on complexity and season. Generally, you should expect a lead time of several months. It is recommended to book an appointment 6 months before the wedding and inquire about current delivery times.

Absolutely, we always have ready-to marry-options available, that you can take home immediately.
Some designs can be made faster that the usual 3-6 months. This will add a rush fee to your order.

Yes, alterations are generally possible. However, additional costs will apply. Please discuss any alteration requests with the store team in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is important to inform the store at least 48h in advance so alternative appointments can be arranged and consultation fees can be refunded. We can not refund consultation fees after that.

The store accepts various payment methods: EC card, credit cards (excluding American Express), Apple Pay, immediate transfer, cash, and gift cards.

Both stores are located in downtown areas and do not have private parking facilities.

Yes, Kaviar Gauche offers a Click & Collect service. You can order your dress online and pick it up at the store of your choice. Please contact the store for further details.
